The study of the quality of public spaces as one of the components of improving the quality of urban life has been proposed since the late 1960s with the work of theorists such as Jane Jacobs, Jan Gel, Tibalds. With the extensive interventions that have taken place in the world, cities have changed from spaces for humans to spaces for cars to today in the cities of the country, especially in metropolises, witnessing lifeless, disgusting, unidentified spaces and residents without a sense of belonging. Be your neighborhood and city. In this study, an attempt has been made to investigate the relationship between the quality of public spaces and public life on Keshavarz Boulevard. The indicators explained in the theoretical framework of the research were divided into 4 components: social interactions, human space, environmental security, and environmental qualities. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of research method and applied research in terms of purpose. To obtain information, 375 questionnaires of users were completed randomly. The information extracted from the questionnaire in the SPSS environment was subjected to correlation and Student's tests and the results show that in Keshavarz Boulevard due to various cultural and religious events, there are many buildings and people, there are pedestrians, wide and continuous road, protected cycling route, creating a suitable carpet stone for the blind and the presence of women in the space, the possibility of using these spaces by the able-bodied, components of social interaction, security, human space, environmental qualities in ideal conditions.
