چکیده

مقدمه:  در حال حاضر به دلیل مشکلات متعدد؛ از جمله مسامحه و سازش در مبازه با فساد و یا سوء مدیریت­ها، فرآیند توسعه پایدار و هویت روستاها به شدت تحت الشعاع قرار گرفته است و روستاهای ما دیگر فاقد هویت و اصالت گذشته خود می­باشند.
هدف:  هدف کلی تحقیق تبیین عوامل حفظ و توسعه پایدار هویت روستا است. و با طرح سوالات فرعی تحقیق در سه محور یعنی منابع انسانی (در ابعاد مدیریت و نیروی عملیاتی)، شیوه، روش و منابع اولیه و ثانویه (اِرَم) ارتباط معنا دار آنها را بر موضوع مقاله اثبات نماید.
روش شناسی:  روش تحقیق توصیفی، تحلیلی، کمی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات و داده­ها پرسشنامه­ای طیف پنج گزینه­ای لیکرت می­باشند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات؛ کتابخانه­ای، مصاحبه و مشاهدات است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مشاغل آزاد ساکن مورد تحقیق (دهستان قائم آباد، شهرستان شهریار، استان تهران) می­باشد. حجم نمونه آماری معادل 150 نفر می­باشد. تجزیه وتحلیل کیفی آماری از طریق بررسی روابط و آثار بین داده­های عوامل؛ (متغیر های مستقل موثر(M 3)) بر متغیر وابسته هدف (حفظ و توسعۀ پایدار هویت روستا) صورت گرفته است. با استفاده از میانگین جامعه نمونه و  tدانشجو تجزیه و تحلیل کمی (توصیفی) و اطلاعات شخصی (سن، تحصیلات، جنسیت و تاهل) در تحقیق نتایج مطوبی حاصل شد.
قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش: حوزه مکانی پژوهش، دهستان قائم آباد؛ شهرستان شهریار، استان تهران می­باشد.
یافته­ ها و بحث: یافته­های تحقیق با توجه به ارتباط معنادار عوامل موثر (متغیر های مستقل) که در قالب سوالات فرعی و گویه­های زیر مجموعه مطرح گردیدند؛ به تایید فرضیات سه گانه (اِرَم) انجامید که در خصوص جزئیات هر یک از عوامل سه گانه؛ مواردی که لازم می باشد؛ مورد تحقیق قرار گیرند.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج ناشی از یافته­های تحقیق توانست؛ ضمن تایید فرضیات؛ شناخت و معرفت لازم پیرامون عوامل حفظ و توسعه پایدار هویت روستا بدست آید تا علیرغم برسی مورد مطالعه تحقیق؛ پاسخ سوالات فرعی تحقیق جهت حل مسئله مهم روستا روشن گردد. در ضمن عوامل منابع انسانی؛ فراتر از روش و برنامه و روش و برنامه؛  فراتر منابع اولیه و ثانویه؛ به ترتیب از اهمیت و تاثیر بیشتری نسبت به یکدیگر در حل مسئله دارند.

چکیده [English]

The preservation and sustainable development of the village identity is a Significant issue, which has been the main concern of writing this article. Therefore, the introduction of this article, briefly explains the scientific and research support of thinkers and exploiting it to describe research problem that is the preservation and sustainable development of the village identity. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is to identify the factors of sustainable preservation and development of village identity. The research method is descriptive, analytical and quantitative and the method of collection of information and data is a Likert five-choice questionnaire. This research can identify and explain the factors of preservation and sustainable development of village identity and also answer the research sub-questions to solve the important problems of the village. In addition, human resources, research methods and primary and secondary resources were more important and effective than each other in solving the problem,respectively. The result is that not only all political, cultural, social, economic, scientific, educational, and research factors can be effective in promoting and improving the current situation of society, but also all of them depend on one vital factor which is the mental health of human beings. By resorting to the eternal divine power, past experiences and using the policy and method of dynamic management, human beings can use the tools, resources and facilities available in society efficiently and far from any selfishness to reveal their role in protection the environment along with preserving the sustainable development of the village.
