Knowing the relationship between urban congestion and students' academic achievement is an important step in determining the per capita use of educational applications at different levels of education and trying to plan for the better. The analysis of relationship between urban overcrowding and academic achievement in fifth class of primary schools in Ardabil city is the main objective of this research. So population density as urban crowding index and average grades of students of fifth class of the governmental primary as dependent variable have been studied. Research data has been gathered using population statistics of 1385 census of Iran's statistical center and education and training office of Ardabil province. Finally, the databank has been formed in GIS environment. In order to data analyzing, Spearman test have been used.
