چکیده

مقدمه:  اولویت بخشی به توسعه روستایی به عنوان یکی از اصول اساسی نظام توسعه کشور ایران شناخته شده است و در این راستا توسعه برندسازی در بخش صنایع دستی می تواند یکی از راه­های جهت بخشیدن به این هدف شود.
هدف:  هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش برندسازی صنایع دستی در توسعه روستاهای غرب استان گیلان می­باشد.
روش شناسی:  پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از ماهیت توصیفی - تحلیلی می­باشد.
قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش: جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خبرگان حوزه صنایع دستی در غرب گیلان می­باشد که از میان کارشناسان و خبرگان سازمان میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و جهادکشاورزی به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود.
یافته ­ها و بحث:  پس از شناسایی ابعاد و متغیرهای دخیل از طریق تکنیک دلفی، ابعاد شناسایی شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و سپس پس از تایید خبرگان دسته بندی شدند که در 4 عامل: افزایش و بهبود در آمد، اشتغال زایی، مشارکت روستا، تثبیت جمعیت به عنوان شاخص­های توسعه روستایی حاصله از برندسازی معرفی شدند. سپس مدل نهایی تحقیق در میان فعالان این صنعت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که نتایج حاصله بیانگر تایید رابطه بین برندسازی و عناصرچهارگانه شناسایی شده توسعه روستایی بود و همچنین دربین عناصر چهار گانه، برندسازی بیشترین تاثیر را در حوزه اشتغال زایی داشته است.
نتیجه ­گیری: براین اساس می­توان گفت که با توسعه برندسازی صنایع دستی می­توان اشتغال­زایی را در روستاهای غرب استان گیلان ارتقاء بخشید.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Prioritizing rural development is recognized as one of the basic principles of Iran's development system, and in this regard, the development of branding in the handicrafts sector can be one of the ways to achieve this goal.
Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of handicraft branding in the development of villages in the west of Gilan province.
Methodology of Research: The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature.
Geographic territory of research: The statistical population of the study includes experts in the field of handicrafts in the west of Gilan who were selected from the experts and experts of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization by purposive sampling. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview.
Findings and discussion: After identifying the dimensions and variables involved through the Delphi technique, the identified dimensions were examined and then after the approval of experts, they were classified into 4 factors: increase and improvement of income, job creation, village participation, population stabilization as indicators. Rural development resulting from branding were introduced. Then, the final research model was examined among the activists of this industry. The results showed that the relationship between branding and the four identified elements of rural development was confirmed. Also, among the four elements, branding had the greatest impact on employment.
Results: Based on this, it can be said that with the development of handicraft branding, employment can be improved in the western villages of Gilan province.
