شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی (نمونه موردی: شهر تبریز)

چکیده
مقدمه:  کشاورزی شهری فرصتی برای ارائه‌ی تولیدات غذایی تازه و محلی به جوامع شهری، ارتقاء سیستم تأمین مواد غذایی و امنیت غذایی در جوامع، آموزش و پرورش شهروندان به‌عنوان سرمایه‌های اجتماعی و متعاقب آن یک روند پایدار در مسیر توسعه‌ی فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی جوامع شهری محسوب می‌گردد.
هدف پژوهش:  توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری دارای مزیت‌های متعددی برای جوامع شهری می‌باشد و در این راستا، تحقیق حاضر به دنبال شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی در شهر تبریز است.
روش شناسی:  روش تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت آینده‌نگاری با تأکید بر رویکرد تحلیلی و اکتشافی می‌باشد که به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از روش دلفی (15 نفر از نخبگان و مدیران) و برای تجزیه و تحلیل آنها از تکنیک تحلیل اثرات متقاطع در نرم‌افزار MICMAC استفاده شده است.
قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش:  تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی و یکی از شهرهای بزرگ ایران است. این شهر بزرگترین شهر منطقه‌ی شمال غرب کشور بوده و قطب اداری، ارتباطی، بازرگانی، سیاسی، صنعتی، فرهنگی و نظامی این منطقه شناخته می‌شود.
نتایج و بحث:  یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین اثرگذاری بر توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری تبریز مربوط به مؤلفه‌های تدوین برنامه‌ی راهبردی توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری، شکل‌گیری مشارکت و هماهنگی بین سازمان‌های درگیر در اداره‌ی شهر (شهرداری، جهاد کشاورزی و ...)، اعطای تسهیلات و اعتبارات برای توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری و همراستایی توسعه‌ی کشاورزی با توسعه‌ی صنعتی شهر (توسعه‌ی یکپارچه) می‌باشد.
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که با توجه به وضعیت موجود مدیریت کشاورزی شهری در تبریز و کمبود مؤلفه‌های کلیدی و استراتژیک تأثیرگذار در راستای توسعه‌ی سیستم، آینده‌ی توسعه‌ی کشاورزی شهری در تبریز ناپایدار خواهد بود.
