سنجش ایمنی عابران پیاده در خیابان های شهری با استفاده از مدل PSI (مطالعه موردی:خیابان های بافت مرکزی شهر قم)

چکیده

پیاده‌روی نه‌ فقط به سبب تقویت سلامت عمومی بلکه درجهت کاهش مصرف منابع و زمین، کاهش آلودگی هوا و اغتشاش صوتی و انتشار گازهای گلخانه‌ای،در محیط‌های شهری؛شیوه ای نویدبخش و سودمند محسوب می‌شود. این در حالی است که پیاده‌روی همچنان با نتایجی منفی در سلامت عمومی مرتبط است.خطراتی نظیر تصادف با وسایل نقلیه، زمین خوردن، سقوط اجسام و سایر تهدیدات محیطی، این شیوه از تردد در شهرها را با چالش هایی جدی مواجه ساخته است، از آنجا که خیابان‌های شهری محیط‌هایی است که تمام شهروندان ناچار به عبور پیاده در آن هستند؛ضروری است شرایط مناسب پیاده‌روی برای تمام شهروندان در سنین مختلف و با هر توانایی جسمی را فراهم آورند.این پژوهش با کاربست مدل PSI به شناسایی مشکلات ایمنی عابران پیاده درخیابان های شهری در بخش مرکزی شهر قم پرداخته است.برای این منظور استفاده از آمار و اطلاعات مربوط به اسناد و برداشت‌های میدانی محقق ملاک تحلیل قرارگرفت.ماهیت تحقیق کاربردی و به لحاظ فرآیند توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات اسنادی-میدانی و در تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کمّی استفاده شده است.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد خیابان‌های شهدای پانزده خرداد و شهدای عمار یاسر ناایمن‌ترین و خیابان‌های صفائیه و ارم از ایمن‌ترین خیابان‌ها بشمار می روند.

چکیده [English]

Walking is not only a promising and beneficial way of not only improving public health, but reducing the consumption of resources and land, reducing air pollution and noise disturbance and emissions of greenhouse gases in urban environments. While walking is still associated with negative outcomes in public health. Dangers such as vehicle crashes, falls, falls, and other environmental threats have posed a serious challenge to urban traffic. Urban streets are environments in which all citizens have to walk in it; it is necessary to provide suitable conditions for walking for all citizens of different ages and with any physical ability. This research uses the PSI index to identify the pedestrian safety problems on the streets A city has been located in the central part of Qom city The snake and information about the documents and field observations of the researcher were measured. The research material was applied in terms of descriptive-analytical process and in terms of the method of collecting documentary-field data and in the data analysis, quantitative method was used. The results of the research showed that streets of martyrs The fifth Khordad and the martyrs of Ammar Yasir are the most insecure ones and the streets of Safayeh and Eram are considered to be the safest streets.
