Introduction
Equitable access for all citizens to public services is one of the basic principles of planning, which has become important in emerging justice-centric approaches in recent decades, and requires reaching out to the rural community to explore resources and facilities in these areas .
Methodology
The purpose of this study is to measure the amount of spatial justice in the distribution of sustainable development indicators in rural areas. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and based on the descriptive-analytical nature of which the approach is quantitative .
Results and discussion
In order to analyze the subject, a framework of eight indicators in 54 items was used based on the official statistics of the Population and Housing Censorship of 1395 that were weighed using the AHP method. To analyze the data and rank the villages, the method of decision making was used as a method for choosing VIKOR and TOPSIS. Finally, the rank average was used. Also, for analyzing the distribution of indices, the coefficient of dispersion was used.
Conclusion
The results of the dispersion coefficient also indicate inequality in the distribution of indicators, and the greatest inequality is in distributing indicators of health care centers, the representation of the kerosene and fuel location. In order to improve the development and achievement of spatial justice, it is suggested that health, infrastructure and . indicators be more appropriately distributed so that sustainable development in rural areas will lead to balanced growth.
