Abstract
Introduction: Solving the problems of rural communities, expanding and improving the economic and social conditions in rural areas and cities is closely related to the type of relationship between the city and the village. If the prevailing relationship between the city and the village is a correct and logical relationship, then the city has become a center for providing services and facilities for the villages, and on the other hand, the villages have met the needs of the cities in a balanced and reciprocal economic relationship. , cities and villages continue to live in mutual economic and social cooperation.
Objective: The current research aims to analyze mutual relations between Jiroft city and surrounding villages under its influence.
Methodology: The research is applied in terms of targeting and descriptive-analytical in terms of its nature and method. Library and field method (researcher-made questionnaire) was used to collect information. The sampling method was simple random and the size of the statistical population was selected using the Cochran model with an error level of 5%, 384 people based on the population of 2021.
Results and discussion: The findings of this research showed that the level of significance of Jiroft city with the villages in its sphere of influence is less than 0.05, except for the social dimension in the economic, administrative-political and physical dimensions, hence the assumption of equality of the average desirability of the dimensions.
