Abstract

Introduction
In this study, the factors affecting rural tourism developments and bilateral relations between city and village during the three periods before 1978, 1996 to 2006 and 2006 to 2016 were analyzed and studied.
Methodology
For this purpose, 34 questionnaires with 23 items were obtained by the village elders of the sample villages using factor analysis for three time periods. At first, the validity of the questions using Cronba alpha test equal to 0.937 (excellent) was set.
Geographical area of research
The territory of this research is Rudsar city, which is in the westernmost point of Gilan province and on the border with Mazandaran province, and agriculture and horticulture are the most important economic activities of the people of this city.
Results and discussion
The results obtained from factor analysis showed that 7, 7 and 6 components by explaining 86.32, 87.32 and 82.22% of the total variance of the data after rotational rotation by Varimax method in the first period, respectively. , The second and third were considered as the priorities of the respondents. So that the first component was determined in the first two periods
