Abstract
Urban stimulus projects can have a positive and negative impact on their local, regional and urban area with their specific functions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of Daneshjoo Park as a city stimulus project based on citizens' satisfaction. The type of exploratory-analytic research. For collecting information, documentary and field methods including: direct observation, interviews and questionnaires were used. The sample size is 95 according to the Cochran formula. Data analysis was performed using one sample T-test, Friedman and ANOVA. The findings of the research indicate that the park's effectiveness in developing peripheral space is very significant. Also, the level of satisfaction in the park is "moderate upward". In terms of space, the satisfaction of different parts of the park is different, as periphery sections include: the western and eastern entrances of the city's metro station, which are the focus of unofficial jobs, show less satisfaction. The final results of the study showed that the park's most influential as a city development stimulus project was environmental and landscape, social, physical, cultural and economic indicators, respectively.
