Abstract
Introduction: The metropolis of Tehran is facing numerous issues and challenges regarding the number, type, and distribution of services in urban areas and neighborhoods. This uneven and unequal distribution of services has led to significant challenges for urban management in planning for the daily affairs of citizens, sustainable urban development, as well as increased dissatisfaction, anxiety, and costs for the people.

Objective: This research aims to analyze the distribution of services in the neighborhoods of District 6 of Tehran. By comparing the distribution of services among the areas within this urban district, it seeks to answer the important question of whether urban services and facilities are distributed fairly in District 6 of Tehran.

Methodology: To achieve the research objectives, seven socio-economic, cultural-educational, physical-land use, urban facilities and equipment, accessibility, Primary data were gathered through documentary and environmental indicators were used. The research method is descriptive-analytical. Primary data were gathered through documentary methods (library research), and statistical data were collected from the Tehran Municipality. The TOPSIS model and software like SPSS and Excel were utilized for data analysis.

Geographical Scope of the Study: The area studied in this research consists of the neighborhoods of District 6 of Tehran.

Findings and Discussion: The analysis of of the examined indicators reveals inequality and differences in several indicators among various neighborhoods of District 6 of Tehran. The greatest inequalities are observed in the cultural-educational indicator, while the least inequality is found in environmental indicators.

Conclusion: The results of the research indicate that the evaluation of indicators among different neighborhoods generally shows that Zone 1 of District 6 has the most urban facilities and services, whereas Zone 4 has the least access to such resources and amenities. This highlights the lack of spatial justice in the distribution of facilities and services in this urban district.
